Can I switch plans at any time?
Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time from your billing settings. Prorated charges or credits will be applied automatically.
What happens if I exceed my reply limit?
We'll notify you when you're approaching your limit. You can upgrade to a higher plan for more monthly replies. Existing drafts remain visible.
Is my Google account data secure?
Absolutely. We use OAuth 2.0 for authentication and AES-256-GCM encryption for stored tokens. We never store your Google password and only request the minimum permissions needed.
Do you offer refunds?
The Free plan lets you evaluate the full workflow without a card. Paid checkout starts a 14-day Stripe trial, and if you're not satisfied after upgrading, contact us within 7 days for a full refund.
Can I manage multiple businesses?
Yes. Growth supports up to 3 locations and Scale supports up to 10. Larger franchise and agency workflows can use a custom plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards via Stripe. Annual plans can also be paid by invoice on request for Scale and custom customers.
